FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Right here on Zola! Please navigate to the RSVP page and follow the prompts. We can't wait to see you soon.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 30, 2026.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal. We’d love to see guests embrace rich fall colors to set the mood (our bridal party will be wearing terracotta and sage, so you may want to opt for other colors). Remember, it is fall in New England, so you may also want to bring a shawl, light jacket, or similar layering!

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are many hotels, inns, Air BnBs, and bed-and-breakfasts located near and around Northampton. To browse places to stay, we recommend looking in Northampton, Amherst, and Hadley.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but we’re keeping the guest list intimate and are only able to include those named on your invitation. If you think we forgot someone, please text us (636) 697-6098. Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (please dress accordingly). Guests will need to walk a short distance through the park, which will involve walking over grass. Our cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor/outdoor spaces, and our reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The venue will offer a wide selection of drinks for purchase! Bring some cash or a card and treat yourself to something you love!

Question

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

We will have a deluxe buffet dinner with plenty of choices to suit every palate! Vegetarian options will be available. Please indicate any food allergies on your RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. We suggest arriving no later than 4:00 p.m., as guests will have to walk a short distance through the park to the ceremony area.

Question

Where do we park?

Answer

Upon entering Look Park, you will pass through a security booth. Directly to the right of the security booth, there is a parking lot for the Garden House. Guests may park here free of charge. We also suggest carpooling or using Uber from your location.

Question

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. Following the ceremony, guests will proceed to the cocktail area, where light bites and drinks will be available. Dinner will then be served, with dancing to follow until 10:00 pm!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Right here on Zola! Please navigate to "Registry" for more information; however, your presence during our special day is more than enough :)

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests please silence and put away their phones during the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

Please direct all questions to our wonderful maids of honor, Allex and Raaya.
