Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Both hotels will have a bus departing for Red Maple Vineyard at 3pm sharp. Additionally, there will be a bus making trips back to both hotels at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. *For guests checking into the hotel on Saturday: Unfortunately the hotel check-in time and bus departure are both at 3pm. While we are unable to guarantee an earlier check-in time, we recommend contacting the hotel one week prior to request an early check-in. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! As soon as you arrive to the venue, you will be directed to park on the hill close to the ceremony location.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy hill. Cocktail hour will be indoors (partially outdoors weather permitting). Reception will be indoors.

With love, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults only event so parents can enjoy a night off. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
