When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2025 so we can finalize all the details. Your prompt response helps us tremendously—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests who are formally invited on your save the date & wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you think there has been a mistake. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or Western Cocktail – Come dressed in your best, with or without a touch of Western flair. Think cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits paired with heels, boots or statement jewelry. For men, button-down shirts, sport coats, slacks, cowboy hats and polished cowboy boots are welcome. **No jeans or ballcaps.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM and late arrivals may be asked to wait until a break in the service. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking will be available at the wedding venue. Signs and/or attendants will be there to help direct you. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and make your way to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue and the designated hotel. Exact pick-up and drop-off times are posted in the travel section of our website. We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle for a safe and stress-free evening!
