When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you please RSVP by April 12th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to our 4:30pm ceremony.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will take place outside behind the larger ballroom. Cocktail hour will be located at the outdoor winery area.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

No. We highly suggest pre/scheduling Ubers as the venue is 30 minutes from the CLT airport.

Is there parking at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Local Charlotte and out of town guests will have the option to park at the venue and can leave their car over night if needed.
