if you're feeling artsy, this is THE spot! We listened to an amazing African American spoken word poet here!
Nashville SC Game
Catch a Major League Soccer game at Geodis Park. We LOVE the stadium, getting general admission standing seats (best cheering section) + being in the heart of it all.
The Finch
A casual upscale restaurant downtown that we ABSOLUTELY love. Book reservations ahead of time! The honey sriracha glazed salmon + Korean chicken bao buns are our favorite.
National Museum of African American Music
We went here on Juneteenth last year and were BLOWN AWAY!!!! So many influential artists, unique artifacts, and life-giving storytelling. A definite visit!
Radnor Lake State Park
Sammi goes on a walk here at least once every 2 weeks. Probably a couple days before the wedding if we're being honest. Great, easy, 3-mile loop around a beautiful lake just 15 minutes south of downtown!
Rudy's Jazz Room

One of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville, 12 South is a shopping and dining destination full of restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, bars, and boutiques.
6th & Peabody
Moonshine + Tennessee whiskey tastings (queue Chris Stapleton)! If you're into that.
Centennial Park + Parthenon
Taylor Swift dreams + see the life size parthenon. Perfect for a morning picnic or walk around the park!
Mas Tacos Por Favor
the BEST tacos + frozen margs! Be aware the line is known to be famously long... get there early. Our favorite is the fried avocado taco ;) If too crowded, there's a great burger place beside it called "The Pharmacy"
Cheekwood Botanical Gardens
One of our favorite places to walk. The gardens are stunning!
