Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! On-site parking is available for guests. Guests are required to park outside of the main gates. Please follow posted signage and any parking attendants’ instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please let Sammi or Tyler know as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our vendors.

Are children allowed to attend?

We adore your children, but we want our wedding to be a relaxed, grown-up evening. We kindly ask that you make arrangements to celebrate with us adults-only.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having a no-phone ceremony, so please do not take out your phones during the ceremony. Vanessa is approved to call out anyone who pulls out a phone during the ceremony.

The wedding is formal attire. It will be hot, so plan accordingly!

Do you boo! The ceremony will be held on turf, while the rest of the venue’s public spaces will have concrete flooring.

Your invite will indicate if you have a plus one. If your invite only has 1 guest listed then you cannot bring a plus one.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Mountain Shadows Retreat is primarily an outdoor venue. Portions of the event may take place on natural terrain, including gravel paths and grass

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
At this time, guest transportation is not provided. Please plan accordingly and arrange a designated driver if you plan to enjoy the bar.

Due to the natural landscape, some areas may be uneven or not fully ADA-accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out ahead of time so accommodations can be discussed.
