Transportation will be running from the Stanley Hotel the evening of the wedding. The shuttle will pick up directly in front of the Colorado Cherry Company at the Stanley Hotel. For those wanting to catch the shuttle, please be ready for the 3:00, 3:20, 3:40, or 4:00 PM shuttle. We recommend aiming for an earlier shuttle to ensure there are enough seats for everyone. Busses there: 3:00pm - 4:00pm with a bus departing every 20 minutes Busses back: 9:00pm - 11:00pm with a bus departing every ~30 minutes
The ceremony beings at 4:30 sharp. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony: 4:00 P.M.
Due to the time of year and number of guests, we do NOT have a reserved room block. We recommend staying at the Stanley Hotel, as that is where the bride and groom are staying. We will also be offering transportation to an from the ceremony from the Stanley. We also respect that there are going to be a variety of budgets, and luckily Estes Park can meet all price points! Estes Park proper is also relatively small, so getting around should not be too difficult or time consuming. If you have any questions, please let us know!
We love the little ones, but our venue is not kid-friendly. We politely request that this be a 15+ event.

Yes there is parking, but it is limited and the walk to the venue will be uphill. We will be providing a shuttle, so we recommend letting the professionals drive!
