Private Coffee & Vows

The bride and groom will share a quiet, intimate moment to exchange personal vows over coffee before the big day begins.
Getting Ready
9:30 am - 11:00 am
Bridal party and family prep for the day. Photos of details and candid moments will be taken during this time.
Pre-Ceremony

For our vintage, garden-themed wedding at Deer Park Manor, we invite guests to wear dressy, comfortable attire in soft, vintage-inspired colors such as cream, dusty rose, sage, or navy. Please AVOID blush pink so the bride can shine. Layers and comfortable shoes are recommended for September weather. No black-tie is required- just come ready to celebrate with us!
Please Arrive on Time. To ensure a smooth ceremony, we kindly ask for all guests to be settled and seated by 12:15PM. Doors will close promptly at 12:30PM and late arrivals will unfortunately not be seated in time for the ceremony. Samantha has a big pet peeve for tardiness. :) We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share our special day with you!
Wedding
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

We invite you to join us for our ceremony at Deer Park Manor. Please arrive ON TIME, refrain from photography, and keep phone usage to a minimum. The ceremony will feature live violin music, short vows, and the exchange of rings. The whole ceremony is expected to last 30 minutes. Children are welcome, but we kindly ask parents to help ensure a quiet and respectful atmosphere during the ceremony.
Family and Wedding Photos
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Immediate family, bridal party, and couple photos will occur as guests transition to our reception area for our coffee and juice bar. Guests are encouraged to find their seat and enjoy beverages while family photos are completed.
Reception
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Grand entrance from bride and groom, speeches, and dinner in a peaceful, elegant atmosphere. Italian food will be served!
Cake Cutting / Dessert
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Our wedding cake will be a part of a private moment for us to share together. We invite our guests to enjoy provided cookies and cake pops as a sweet treat!
Social Time
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Guests are welcome to mingle, dance, and share well wishes with the couple!
Send-Off
5:30 pm
The Haqs will depart to begin the next chapter of their lives together. We thank you for coming to celebrate with us!
