We will be doing temperature checks upon entry and during the ceremony, we will have ushers group your household together so that we are able to socially distance during the ceremony. Because of these steps, we encourage you to arrive early (at least a half hour early) so that we can get everybody comfortably seated in time for the ceremony, which starts at 4pm. There will be assigned seating during the reception (grouping members of the same household / social group as much as possible). There will also be sanitizing stations all throughout the space. It is our guests’ responsibility to adhere to social distancing requirements while on the dance floor. Please be respectful of others and their personal comfort levels. You all mean so much to us and we look forward to celebrating with all of you as safely as possible!
Ma Maison has implemented the following cleaning procedures: • The venue will be sanitized with a hospital grade disinfectant before and after each wedding • Ten UV light air purifiers run throughout the night, exchanging the air every 3 minutes • An O-Zone generator has been installed which cleans the entire building every night • Numerous hand sanitizer stations are by every door, bar, and buffet table • Extra staff on hand to clean the building before, during, and after each event • Temperatures of all Ma Maison employees and vendors will be taken every day before they enter the building. Anyone with a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees will be sent home. • Ma Maison employees who are/believe they are ill, or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, will not be allowed to return to work until they are symptom-free, have tested negative, have self-quarantined for at least 14 additional days.
• All vendors, including Ma Maison staff, will be wearing a mask when inside in guest areas, and outside when the 6ft of social distancing cannot be maintained. Food & Beverage Guidelines: • ALL vendors touching food or drinks will also be required to wear hand protection. • We have decided to do a plated dinner, to ensure that meals go from caterer to guest.
