When should I RSVP by?

By the end of September 2018 , we will be taking a headcount. Please don’t forget to RSVP, it is very important that everyone lets us know thank u .

No , but if you would love to give a monetary donation or gift cards for Honeymoon your more then welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 4pm give yourself at least 15 min before ceremony begins, doors will be closing at 4pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes , Children under 12 yrs old Must have an adult or parent present at all time per Legacy Event Center Policy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Parking will be available in Front of Talkington Hall where ceremony will take place.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes , McM Elegante Hotel will shuttle you to event and back Free of charge.

Can we Smoke?

Answer

Legacy Event Center is a NON Smoking facility. If you are a Smoker you must go to smoking area, which will be located outside of building. That also includes Vaping.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

No, We will have Open Bar -certain beers, wines, and signature drinks will be available.
