What time do I need to arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to Ballard Meadows at 3:30pm to allow time for parking and seating at the ceremony.

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We would love for everyone to soak in the moment with us! We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and electronics are put away and silenced during our ceremony. You are more than welcome to use them again after the ceremony. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear garden party semi-formal attire. Women are encouraged to wear midi, tea-length, or flowy maxi dresses. Men are encouraged to wear collared shirts with chinos or dress trousers. Lightweight suits in linen are also acceptable. Color palettes of pastels, bright hues, and floral patterns are ideal. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING ANY SHADES OF WHITE, CREAM, OR BLACK. If you have any questions regarding our dress code, please reach out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have opted for an age-restricted event. If your child is invited, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be in a covered space.

Will food be served?

Answer

We will have a full dinner and desserts. There will also be a variety of drinks available at the bar. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

What should I do if I can't make it?

If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate so on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
