More than Matrimony

Their story began in February 2021. At the young ages 18 and 19, they didn’t know what to expect but they knew they were excited! As a Savannah native, Sami offered to be Seshan’s unofficial downtown tour guide. Little did they know that they’d have so much in common. From being vegetarians to working out to just simple conversation, they knew it was no coincidence that these too would just “meat” out of the blue. As the Savannah River sunset was beginning to set & they were riding on a ferry, the two gazed at each other, hoping the moment would never end. Eventually, Seshan returned to his home in Florida and the two embarked on their long distance relationship journey. They've navigated their love through countless drives and plane rides. Long Facetime calls, surprise DoorDash meals, and of course, love letters. After 4 years together & living 1,400 miles apart, Seshan took them to that very ferry boat that would change the trajectory of their lives. This is the day that Seshan asked Sami to be his forever. The day that their love story became a sealed promise. The day that would ensure that their love was consistent, committed, and closer than distance could make them. The day that they realized they would embark in more than matrimony. They’d embark on an endless love.
