When is the RSVP deadline?

What's the dress code?

Answer

For this summer wedding, dress in your comfortable best/semi formal/cocktail attire– think summer dresses and nice pants, button down or nice polo. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Is everything in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony, cocktail hour/dinner and dance will all be held at Ojiketa park. Everything is within walking distance to each other; however, if there are any issues with the walk we will have a golf cart to take those to and from the chapel to the event hall.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available inside the park. The lawn may be used for additional parking space.

Will there be transportation from the venue to the local hotel?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation, so please plan accordingly. Guests not wanting to drive are encouraged to rent cabins on-site. Be mindful that there are no ubers in Chisago!

Answer

No, there is no WiFi on site. Please plan accordingly or, better yet, unplug for the weekend!

If I am staying on site, what should I bring for the weekend?

* Bedding if you're staying in cabins (or let Sami or Miles know you need some if you're coming from out of town) * Camping gear if you're pitching a tent * Swimsuits, sunscreen, bug repellent, hat, and sunglasses * Whatever "wedding clothes" you choose-- anything goes, from casual to fancy! * A warm layer in case nights get chilly around the campfire * Libations for yourself if you want other than what we are offering * An instrument if you want to play a tune by the fire * A flashlight, especially if you're staying on site!

There is a short outdoor walk to the reception hall from the chapel, please bring an umbrella if you are worried about rain.
