Hadyn & Sami were introduced by Sami's best friend, London, who also happened to be Hadyn's neighbor. For years, they crossed paths in the apartment complex, at bars, and other social events without ever actually meeting. London spoke highly of Hadyn to Sami for a long time, but life moved on and the timing never quite aligned- until one night it finally did. While out downtown with London, Sami gave her permission to share her phone number with Hadyn. Soon after, they went on their first date at a dive bar in Springfield, just after Hadyn completed his first test of his second year of PA school. That night, they bonded over shared interests, senses of humor, childhood stories, and "water on the rocks". Sitting across from one another, the rest of the world seemed to fade away. In that moment, nothing else mattered but each other. The evening ended with a Taco Bell dinner that never got eaten, simply because they couldn't stop talking. Their first date stretched on for nine hours, and Sami didn't make it home until 5 a.m. the next morning. When Hadyn dropped her off, he asked for a second date- offering either the next day or the following Tuesday. Sami didn't hesitate and replied, "tomorrow". From that point on, they were inseperable. Together, they have shared countless journeys- finishing PA school, building a life together, raising a puppy, starting Hadyns career, celebrating joys, grieving together, and everything in between. Their latest chapter is engagement season- the sweetest one yet- and they cannot wait to begin their next journey together as husband and wife.
