When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Barrington Hill Farm in Dade City, Florida. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing on the property.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are driving yourself, please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so you have time to park, grab a welcome drink, and find your seat before the ceremony starts. If you are staying at Saddlebrook Resort, a bus will be picking you up at 3:00 PM

Is everything in one location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Barrington Hill, so no travel is needed between events.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire - Theme is Spring Garden Formal - Ladies, we love midi or floor-length dresses in bright spring tones, florals, or textured fabrics. Gentlemen, suits or dress shirts with slacks (ties optional). The ceremony is on grass, so wedges or block heels are your best friend. Have fun with color and movement — and wear what makes you feel amazing!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — please silence and put away phones until cocktail hour so our photographers can capture the moment beautifully.

Is Transportation Provided?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at Saddlebrook Resort, a bus will pick you up at 3:00 PM and drop you back off at the end of the night!
