We are excited to celebrate with you!

We met through our mutual friends, Jessica Goddard and John Bowers. They joined us on a blind date to Charlie Gitto's and then Ted Drewes Frozen Custard! Jessica had a lot to live up to after boasting of her star match-making abilities. We were both skeptical as this was the first blind date either of us had been on. Little did we know, that would be the first - and last - blind date we would ever go on. We both learned on that day to never again doubt Jess' match-making abilities!

Over the next three years, our relationship grew. We did everything together. Countless adventures from running 5k's to vacations and everything in between. Life is just better when we are together!! We push each other to be the best versions of ourselves every single day. No matter what life throws at us we know that we can count on each other. We make a perfect team!

In the midst of a major snow storm, I insisted that Sam accompany me to Forest Park because I wanted to let Zeus play in the snow. It took forever to get there and we almost did not make it. There were times when Sam thought we should turn around, but I did not listen. Little did Sam know, I had been planning this day for a long time and I was not going to let a little - or a lot - of snow stop me! We walked forever through the snowy park as I gathered my courage. Finally, we came to the perfect spot on Art Hill where I got down on one knee and asked Sam if she would spend forever with me.... she said yes!!!!
