The El Cid Resort is an All-Inclusive Resort that is split into three separate but connected hotels. All three hotels and surrounding areas are connected and accessible to all guests, with each being slightly different and having their own restaurants and amenities. Each hotel will have slightly different rates, and they are all very easily connected and traversable and offer different food/pool/beach options nearby. The three hotels with a brief description are: 1. Hotel Marina El Cid (located on the lower left of map) $ -The main hotel area 2. Ventus El Cid (located on the lower right of map) $$$ -The more premium hotel with some adult only areas 3. Ventus Ha’ El Cid (located on the top of map) $$ -Newest addition, across the way but still connected, little more private and quiet. In case you are unaware of what an All-Inclusive resort means, it means that everything in this list below is included with your stay: The All Inclusive Plan includes: • Resort accommodations. • A la Carte and buffet meals throughout the day. • All domestic and imported house beverage brands including wine, beer, soft drinks, juices and bottled water. • Waiter service included at the pool and beach areas. • 24-hour room service • Mini bar in the rooms • Non-motorized water sports: windsurf, hobbie cats, boogie boards and • Kayaks • Fitness Center, featuring, Pilates and spinning at “El Cocay” Spa • Daily pool and beach activities • Bicycles and biking tours • Kid’s Club • Theme shows • Gratuities and taxes (Additional cash tips are appreciated but not expected) • All food and beverage and restaurants included within regular hotel operation program. Room Block Week Long Booking Process:

If you are coming for the entire week (Check-In 1:00pm Tuesday 6/23/26 to Check-Out 12:00pm Tuesday 6/30/26), your room will be in the room block. Not all of the rooms are located next to each other, and you will have the ability to pick which of the three hotels you would like to be at that best suits the experience you want to have. Each Guest will contact directly by email to the reservations department with the special booking code to guarantee their reservation, making the payment of one night with a credit card or a payment link to the following information: Reservations Department: E- mail: reserve.cancun@elcid.com.mx Text Cole for Booking Code and Hotel Rates

Shorter Stay Booking Process:

If you are not planning to stay for the entire week, you will need to do your booking separately. This can be done through any booking service that you would like, including directly through the resorts website at Elcid.com, using the "View" button on the Travel page for the Zola booking, or any other travel site like Expedia.com. Since we are bringing in multiple bookings, I was able to work with the hotel to get access to their private booking website called The Leisure Club, where the per night rates should be lower than if you were to book normally. If you are interested in exploring the rates through The Leisure Club booking, please text Cole so that he can get you a room quote and answer any questions.

Airport Information

The El Cid Resort is located in Puerto Morelos which is about a 40 minute drive from the Cancun Airport (CUN). Transportation from the airport to the hotel and back from the hotel to the airport will need to be arranged. I would recommend using the service called USA Transfers and booking it ahead of time using this link: https://usa-transfers.com/ Transportation out of Cancun can be hectic since there are so many services trying to get your business, so by arranging ahead of time you can avoid dealing with that entire process. USA Transfers has a great service and a very recognizable logo with the American Flag and is usually located all the way at the end past all of the distractions.
