Am I invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you have received an invite, then you are invited to the whole event! This includes the formal ceremony, afternoon tea and lawn games, the reception dinner and an after-party. We hope to see you there!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately parking is not available at our venue. Please use the buses provided. These are leaving from TSB stadium or Oakura. However, we understand that for some this presents an issue. If you need to arrange your own transport due to special circumstances, please let us know via 027 574 9561 and we can give you the venue address/directions.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know in plenty of time so that we can arrange with the caterer.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 22nd so that we can have an accurate headcount.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal is preferable, but come in what makes you comfortable! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by afternoon tea and games on the lawn so a hat and sun protection is advised.

What are the wet weather plans?

Answer

If the weather doesn’t cooperate on the big day, our venue has an indoor backup option to ensure the celebration goes on without a hitch. Rain or sunshine, the fun will continue as planned!

What time does the party end?

Answer

We've arranged for buses to collect guests at 10pm and 11pm. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange for someone to pick you up at the end of the night at a time that suits you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we’ve had to keep the guest list for children to a minimum. If your children are invited, they will be specifically listed on your invitation. If this presents any issues or if you have special circumstances, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
