Guest seating begins at 4:30 so please arrive by 4:15 to find a good spot! This is in Eastern Standard Time! The event begins at 5 p.m. sharp!

What happens if I arrive after 5 p.m.?

You will be asked to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony ends. We hope that you can make it on time however!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests are to dress in ALL BLACK for a Formal Black tie event. This event is also a sneaker ball so please wear you best dressed and fashionable outfit with sneakers of choice.

Will the festivities be indoors, outdoors or both?

Answer

Both! As long as the weather permits the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Both sites are at the same venue.

Please RSVP online from the QR code on your invitations. The Deadline to RSVP is on May 1st, 2026.

Your invitation will specify if you are allowed to bring a date or a plus one.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love the kiddos, This event is only allowing the kids that are part of the ceremony in attendance this time.

Seating arrangements will be made and you will be shown your table the day of the event.

Will there be an open or cash bar?

Answer

The bar will be open but we do request that you bring money for tips that go to the bartenders!

What time does the reception end?

We would love to party all night!! But we will be wrapping up the evening around 11 p.m.

Will there be a photographer or videographer? Can I take photos?

We will have a Photographer/Videographer present and ask that if you take photos to be mindful of the professional angles and cooperate as such.

What should I do if I can no longer attend?

Please contact the happy couple right away and notify them of this occurrence before hand. This will help with coordination and planning. We are going to hate to see you miss it!
