Here is what to expect before, during and after our special day. For those arriving on the wedding day, early check in will not be availble, as the staff will be making sure our day is set up. We love your little ones, but we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you'll enjoy a special night out with us.

Optional Night Before: Welcome Dinner and Drinks

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Sebel Pinnacle Valley

This is not a formal occasion, but for anyone travelling in the night before and staying on site, we would love for you to join us at the BBQ rotunda where we will be providing drinks, a BBQ and some salads so that everyone can relax and enjoy an evening with us before the big day.

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The Stables

Attire - Formal: Dark Neutrals - See the Dress Code tab for inspiration

The stables are located near the start of Mimosa Rd, on the right as you are driving into the venue.

Cocktail Hour and Check-in

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Head up the grass space near the rotunda, where you can enjoy some nibbles and bubbles after the formalities. For those arriving on the wedding day, this is your opportunity to check in if you are staying with us at the resort.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The official wedding reception will be held onsite at Peaks Restaurant & Bar to celebrate into the evening with a plated three-course meal & flowing drinks.
