Hike with the bride and groom the day before the wedding!

10:00 am - 11:00 am

Ptarmigan Creek Trail
29828 Seward Highway, Seward, AK 99664

Hiking clothes! May rain, may shine. Who knows! Either way, let's have fun and be ready for warm or temperate weather. Remember to bring insect repellent!

We are thrilled to invite you on this family-friendly, mild-moderate hike along the river. We will meet at the Ptarmigan Trailhead at 10AM, which is near the Ptarmigan Campground entrance. We will hike for about an hour, and then head over to the Day Use area at the Trail River Campground just a 7 minute drive away for a potluck lunch. Details to follow on website.

Potluck Lunch at Trail River Campground Day Use Area - Lake Shore

11:30 am - 1:30 pm

Trail River Campground
Moose Pass, AK 99631

This is a potluck! Bring what you can. As this is a destination wedding, we understand if you just want to pick something up pre-made from the store. Since it is after the hike and the nearest store is either Estes Brother's in Moose Pass 6 miles away (limited) and Safeway in Seward about 25 miles away, let us know if you will need a cooler to store the items during our hike, as we have a few available.
