Included in the standard room rate package is semi-private roundtrip transport. If you'd like to secure private transport, please reach out to our Travel Agent directly to coordinate it at a discounted rate. *Should you decide to change your mind upon arrival for your return to the airport, the upgrade will be available to all. Stop by any of the Lomas Desks at the resort to speak with a representative who will be happy to help! Lomas Travel has representatives at the airport 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Prior to departure you will also receive an email with instructions and contact information should you need it. Upon exiting the airport please look for the reps who appear as in the picture above at the followings sites at each terminal Terminal 2: platform 59 Terminal 3: platform 88 Terminal 4: platform 51 If for any reason you're unable to find them, just ask around. Someone will be able to steer you towards their location.

Shuttle On and Between Resorts

Shuttle service has been arranged for our group to be provided to the Welcome Dinner, Mexican Fiesta, and Wedding festivities. Pick up will be 15-20 minutes prior to the start of each event. There will be designated pick up locations at each resort. Specific locations of where the closest one to your room will be provided upon arrival. Golf carts (the major form of transportation while at the resort) run every 15-20 minutes from several designated stops where you can sit and wait for one. HOWEVER, we suggest hailing them like a New York City Taxi (we know you have it in you;). If you see one going by, just get their attention and so long as there is room they'll take you wherever you want to go!
