Our story began long before either of us realized it. Back in middle school, he was the boy who always seemed to steal my food at lunch, and I was the girl who made sure to be a little extra about it. At the time, we were just kids sharing a few laughs and memories, never knowing what the future had in store. Not long after, I moved schools, and our lives went in different directions. Years later, fate brought us back together through mutual friends. As we got to know each other again, we discovered that our paths had crossed more times than we ever realized. We had played on the same soccer team, attended the same church, and shared many of the same places and experiences throughout our lives. What started as a childhood connection grew into a friendship, and that friendship became a love we cherish every day. Together, we’ve learned about life, love, and what it means to truly support one another. We became not only sweethearts, but best friends—the people who make each other laugh, listen through every challenge, and celebrate every success. Every step of our journey has shaped the love we share today, and we are so grateful for all the moments that brought us together.
