Since June 1st is a "Day at Sea" while we sail toward the Caribbean, the ceremony will take place in one of the ship's private onboard venues.
While cruise attire is generally casual, our wedding ceremony is [Insert Your Choice: e.g., Semi-Formal/Cocktail]. Please avoid swimwear or tank tops during the ceremony.
No. Because the wedding is happening while the ship is at sea, only guests who are booked on the 7-night cruise can attend.
We are sailing on the brand-new Stars of the Seas, one of the world's largest and most advanced cruise ships.
All guests must have travel documents that match their legal name on the cruise reservation. A valid passport is highly recommended for all Caribbean sailings.
Use the Royal Caribbean App to complete your check-in up to 48 hours before May 30th to select your boarding time and skip long lines at the terminal.
Beyond wedding attire, pack for "Casual" days (shorts/sundresses) and "Smart Casual" or "Formal" nights for the Main Dining Room. Don't forget swimwear for the Category 6 waterpark and pools!
Outside of the wedding on June 1st, feel free to explore the ship’s eight neighborhoods, catch a show like Back to the Future: The Musical, or relax at "Perfect Day at CocoCay" on May 31st.
While we love your little ones dearly, our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only events. We hope this allows everyone to fully relax and celebrate with us.
Yes — only children who are part of the wedding party (such as flower girls or ring bearers) will be in attendance during the ceremony and reception.
Yes. The ship offers onboard childcare and kids’ programs, giving parents the option to enjoy wedding events while their children are well cared for nearby.
We completely understand that every family’s situation is different. Please know that we will celebrate with you in spirit and appreciate your love and well wishes just the same.
Feel free to reach out to us directly — we’re more than happy to help with planning details or point you toward ship childcare resources.
