When should I book travel and lodging accomodations?

Answer

Our wedding weekend does overlap with Stagecoach, a popular music festival in the Palm Springs, CA area. For this reason, we suggest booking your travel and hotel accommodations early!

If I'm not staying on The Ranch, do I still have full access?

Answer

Yes! Everyone's names will be listed with security at the front gate. All wedding guests are more than welcome (and invited to) use any and all amenities the ranch has to offer. You can even come and stay the whole day.

What is Friday's "A Day at the Ranch"?

Smoke Tree Ranch has a number of activities to offer a lively bunch like us! We will have golf, lawn bowling, tennis, pickleball, swimming, and ping pong set up - all near The Ranch House. Whether you're staying on property or not, we welcome you to join us for some / the whole affair! Please see the Smoke Tree Ranch Map on the Gallery page for more information.

What food options are available at Smoke Tree Ranch?

If you are staying on property (or not), you are welcome to dine at the Ranch House for every meal. There is also a grocery store and other food options nearby just off property.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive to be seated at the golf course no later than 3:45pm. For any guests staying off property, we recommend arriving at the front gate no later than 3:30pm. Please reference the property map on the Gallery page for more information.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wedding day attire is black-tie. Please refer to the schedule for recommendations regarding other events.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is limited parking by the Ranch House. If you are staying off property, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes. Please list all dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to join for pre and post wedding events (and stay on the ranch of course!). Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children at Friday's Welcome Party or any Saturday events.
