Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love everyone to match our theme and wear neutral shades: beige, khaki, sand, tan, taupe. Black and light grey are also okay if you don't like the browns :) **Semi-formal wedding attire** The entire wedding will be outdoors in a garden and the weather ranges from 85 to 88 degrees! Ideas: Guys: White button up with khaki pants, suits in light hues Ladies: Any dress or jumpsuit in the colors listed above! (sundresses, maxi, or cocktail dresses!) Shoes: The wedding is on grass. Ladies, ditch the stilettos!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to safety protocols and wanting to keep our wedding intimate, we will only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to text/e-mail us with any questions!

Question

When do I have to RSVP?

Answer

the RSVP deadline has now passed :)

Question

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

We do not recommend it for a few reasons. One, if you stay offsite, you will need to pay a fee the day of the wedding to access our resort ($100 USD per person). Two, we are planning events at DreamsPM the day before and after the wedding that we would like you to be part of. Three, it will allow us all to spend more time together!

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

According to Google, the average high temperature through October is 87F with the average low temperature being 74F. Cancun weather is fantastic year-round. High temperatures average in the high 80s, while lows are only in the 70s. The rainy season runs from May through October, while the dry season is November through April. May and June are the most sweltering months, with high humidity, rainfall and temperatures, while the winter months are generally pleasant. Cancun is a tropical climate, which makes it vulnerable to hurricanes, as evidenced by Hurricanes Emily and Wilma in 2005. Cancun gets hit directly by a hurricane approximately every 12 years, and gets at least brushed by a hurricane every 2.5 years. Hurricane season in Cancun runs from July through November, with September being the most likely month for a hurricane event.

What safety measures will be taken on your wedding day?
