Bear Mountain Inn - Overlook Lodge

This is the wedding venue itself, and part of the room block! Rooms are $289.00 per night and we have them blocked for Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9. When you call, please ask to book a room under the “Stokes + Schultz Wedding.” The front desk agent will let you know which rooms are still available in the Overlook.

Stone Cottages at Bear Mountain Inn

The two Stone Cottages are a short walk (~5minutes up the road or 30 seconds by car) from the venue, and part of the room block! There are six rooms per cottage, each with a double bed & bathroom, and they share a common area. Rooms are $255.00+tax per night and we have them blocked for Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9. When you call, please ask to book a room under the “Stokes + Schultz Wedding.” The front desk agent will let you know which rooms are still available in the Stone Cottages.

The Bear Mountain Inn is not part of the room block, but is very nice and at the heart of the park. Some of our guests have already booked rooms here, so you'd be in great company if you choose this option!
