Does every guest get a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate plus ones for those specifically mentioned on the invitation. If you’ve received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We arranged for a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the wedding. The shuttle service will be picking up guests at Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown at 3:50 pm. The address to the hotel is 440 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202. If you have a rental car you may drive yourself as well, but keep in mind there is limited parking.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside on the deck at Evergreen Lake House. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures during ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

What time should I arrive to venue if driving on my own?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 o’clock in the evening so please be sure to arrive no later than 4:50pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar for the reception.

What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

Shuttle service will be picking up guests at Hyatt Place Downtown Denver for 4pm. We will begin the ceremony at 5pm. Cocktails hour and our d’oeuvres will be served starting at 5:30pm. The reception will end at 9pm. The shuttle service will be taking guests back to Downtown Denver at 9:15 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
