Attire: Semi-Formal. We invite you to dress semi-formal for the day keeping in mind it is a barn setting. Suits and cocktail dresses are always welcome, but feel free to make it your own — button-down collared shirts, summer dresses, and comfortable elegance all fit right in. The most important thing is that you feel great and ready to celebrate with us.
Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM and will take place on the grass. We recommend comfortable shoes so you can settle in and enjoy every moment with us. The ceremony will be held in the open, so please plan accordingly as there will be limited shade. To allow everyone to fully relax and celebrate, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only event. After the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour on the right side of the barn, where drinks and light bites will be waiting while we transition into the reception.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After the ceremony, the newlyweds and bridal party will slip away briefly to capture some photos, while guests are invited to relax and enjoy the start of the celebration. 4:00 PM – Cocktail hour on the side of the barn, featuring light appetizers and good company 5:00 PM – Barn doors open! Join us in welcoming Billy & Sam as the reception begins 5:30 PM – Buffet dinner begins, served by table 6:00 PM – Heartfelt toasts from the Best Man, Maid of Honor, and parents 6:30 PM – First dances: Billy & Sam, followed by Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances 7:00 PM – Bouquet toss and cake cutting 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Dancing, laughing, and celebrating into the evening
