When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. For the After-Party at the Cabin in Lydia Mountain Lodge, please feel free to change into something comfy and enjoy a casual time late at night.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 3:00 PM when the ceremony is scheduled to start. There will be light refreshments available inside the parlor while you wait to be seated.

Where will the ceremony be?

Answer

The brief ceremony will be held outside on the grounds of The Golden Horseshoe Inn. Please dress warm for the time we are out there.

Where will the reception be?

Answer

The Reception will be inside of The Golden Horseshoe Inn. A cocktail hour will be in the parlor, followed by dinner and dancing in the main dinning space.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate size of our venue, plus-ones are by invitation only, and we ask other guests not to bring a plus-one. Those invited will be listed on their invitation and RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are somewhat limited spots at the venue, The Golden Horshoe Inn. We recommend carpooling from Lydia Mountain Lodge over.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation from Lydia Mountain Lodge to The Golden Horseshoe Inn and back from the venue to the lodge will not be available. It is less than a 2-mile drive between the locations, so we recommend carpooling. Please be mindful that if you do enjoy some of the festivities at the reception, you are safely able to make it back to the lodge.

Please let us know in your RSVP whether you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. We will work with our caterer and venue to best accommodate you.
