We ask that everyone arrive at 14:30 as the ceremony will start at 15:00.

Our wedding will be set amidst the rustic elegance of The Stone Cellar. The colors being all shades of blue. We kindly request semi-formal attire—think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits. Given the countryside setting, we recommend comfortable footwear suitable for grassy terrains.

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Expect a delightful array of farm-to-table dishes, complemented by a selection of wines and signature cocktails. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Your presence is the greatest gift. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, due to traveling we welcome small meaningful cards or donations.

December in Heidelberg is typically hot with temperatures ranging from 20C°-35C°. We recommend keeping it comfortable and light.

Is there accommodation available on site?

Answer

Yes, there are limited individual rooms available and farmhouse style rooms available. Keep in mind it is first come , first serve, the couple will not be responsible for accommodation or reserving rooms. Please insure you make your booking to secure your spot. The information will be provided closer to the time a long with final RSVP's. Private rooms R1400 , farmhouse R700pp, paid directly to the venue.
