A month after we started dating we attended Ive and Sam's wedding, even performing a song for the ceremony. It was then that I began falling in love with her faster than I could have ever predicted.

Our first date November 19th, 2016. She let me change the anniversary date to the 20th because I don't like odd numbers.

When we first started dating, we bonded over our shared love of music! We used to play guitar and sing together for hours.

Samantha loved showing me Old San Juan in Puerto Rico! Particularly the flavored ice, which was by far the best I have ever had.

Since we met in VA, I spent a lot of time with her family during our relationship. I am so blessed to be a part of this family!

While we haven't gotten to spend as much time with my family, Samantha has already been inducted as an official member! My momma finally has some girls to help balance the scales.

Swarthmore lifted their mask mandates and celebrated with a prom! We'll take any excuse to dress fancy and dance.
