They have shared all of life's major milestones: high school, college, dating, marriage, wine with their moms, and Twilight. Sienna is now Samantha's personal library & book Zagat. Though Samantha does not have a sister by birth, she has a sister in Sienna.

CJ survived 8 years of Latin classes with Samantha and has more than earned his place on this list. Since high school, CJ and Samantha have progressed from hanging out in the library to enjoying the next great bar or restaurant CJ has scouted out for the friend group.
Stark Kirby

Stark is 90% of the reason the bride has a social life. Whether it is a quiet Sunday dinner, a concert in Vegas, or a glamorous evening at Medieval Times, Stark is the glue of the friend group and the #1 planner. He reaches peak Lake Dad form every summer in Upstate New York on weekend trips full of quads, jet skis, and homemade pizzas.
Margaret LaPre

Margaret and the bride have shared many passions and hobbies over the years: baking, varsity fencing, Gilmore Girls, and JustDance. Though they live in different cities now, Samantha calls Margaret OFTEN and Margaret makes a record number of Amtrak trips to visit. She speaks 3 more languages than the bride, including English, so please thank her for proofreading this website.

Fate made them coworkers, but a kindred sense of humor made them friends. Joely works full time to keep Samantha in style and on trend while also working at Macy's. After Samantha abandoned Joely at their old job, the two remained close through NYC visits, movie marathons, and late night Facetimes.

From junior prom date to bridesman, Ryan has seen it all! Known to Father of the Bride as "the man who looks like Margaret," Ryan is a man who wears many hats. He was the first of the group to move to NYC and therefore was the host to most early 20s shenanigans. He is also your go-to guy for a good drink, a great hug, and an amazing dad joke.

Collin came into Shawn and Samantha's lives 7 years ago and they have never been the same. He not only brings style and pizazz, but also a huge Cowboy heart. He is a dog dad, race car driver, Texan, and style icon.
Megan Corbett

Megan is Samantha's much cooler cousin. She is helping carry on the tradition of Corbett/ Casternovia flower girls, as Samantha was her mother's flower girl 25+ years ago. She will be escorting Avery down the aisle (which is perfect because she looks just like Barbie).
Bradley Alix
Best Man
Like most great love stories, this one bloomed from hatred. Friendship calcified over late nights studying in FGCU's bone lab and Thursday nights at Rusty's. Most of their multi hour phone calls now revolve around work, family, and Brad's adorable daughter Daisy (who the bride is obsessed with).

Truly friends since diapers, Shawn and Jesse grew up across the street from each other and spent their formative years terrorizing their parents, neighbors, and Scotty. While both much much older, they spend their time together the same as they always have: video games, motorcycles, and inappropriate jokes.

When Shawn's sister isn't kicking ass as a nurse, she is probably feeding Shawn and Samantha at her home. The Bride & Groom spend countless weekends eating her food, using her pool, and most importantly, hanging out with her and her family. The little brother Shawn almost never had, Scotty can be found hanging off the side of a mountain or taking artsy photos in his free time. Although he moved to California for grad school a few years ago, the three Melrose boys still get together to ride motorcycles whenever he visits.

The dog mom, global traveler, and middle child of the Dahl family, Kristen and her french bulldog Teddy can be found strutting the streets of Red Bank on any given day. Despite her socialite status, she would rather be camping in the Catskills or hitting the slopes in her free time. In addition to her huge heart, she has a huge closet, which the bride looks forward to raiding once they are officially sister in laws.

As the first friend Shawn made in Florida and the one who helped move him back to NJ, Fred is a true first mate. After years working together at West Marine Fred joined the Navy, but continued to help Shawn terrorize Terri's condo when he came back to visit.
Greg Cardilla

Grill aficionado and part-time comedian, Greg is Shawn's brother in-law and Samantha's Italian ally in the Dahl family. After 20+ years in the family, he has always been like an older brother to Shawn: there for support, advice, and lawn maintenance tips.
Evan
Ring Bearer
Evan is Shawn and Samantha's favorite nephew. He spends his free time running as fast as Sonic, playing MarioKart with Unc Shawn, and baking excellent cookies. Special shoutout to this little man whose existence is the reason Shawn moved back to NJ.
Avery
Flower Girl
Avery is Shawn and Samantha's favorite niece. She likes Barbie, Moana, and all things purple! When she isn't too busy ruling pre-k, she finds time to brush Aunt Sam's hair and maybe lock her in a closet.
