When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know your plans as soon as possible, and by July 1, 2024, so we can plan accordingly. We are so excited to celebrate with you in Key West!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to hotel restrictions, we are extremely limited on space and have created a guest list of those most important in our lives. We are not extending any plus ones in order to invite as many of our favorite people as possible!

How early do I need to book my flight and accomodations?

Answer

We want guests to be aware that travel to Key West can be expensive, especially if booked last minute, so please consider flights as early as possible. We are also anticipating that the Casa Marina and its sister property, The Reach, will be fully booked for our weekend, so please note that rooms open 300 days prior to the date. For example, rooms should open in January for October 2024.

Is there a room block?

Answer

In lieu of a room block, both Casa Marina and The Reach offers a 10% discount on rooms booked for the wedding weekend. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Click on “Book Your Stay” 2. Put in your check in date and number of nights hit check availability 3. A new window will pop up and under “Special Accounts and Rates” type in “M6” under Group Code. Then hit continue. 4. Rates will come up with all available room types

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the venue's lawn (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors. We recommend wearing grass friendly shoes.

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

The sunset sail / welcome party on Friday is a white party, so we are requesting that all of our guests wear white! You will also be walking on a dock and will be asked to remove your shoes onboard, so please prepare accordingly.

What is the dress code for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

Answer

We ask guests to adhere to black tie attire - long dresses, tuxedos, or black suits. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and on the lawn, so we recommend choosing shoes accordingly.

What is the weather like in Key West?

Answer

Key West in the Fall is hot, humid, and can be unpredictable in terms of rain and storms! In case of inclement weather, all events will be moved indoors. We will update guests closer to the weekend, but we recommend monitoring the weather and packing swimsuits, sunglasses, and cool clothing!
