How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided in a loop between the Mystic Marriott and the Groton Long Point Casino. For the ceremony, the shuttle will depart from outside the Marriott entrance promptly at 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Beginning at 9:00 PM, the shuttle will resume, providing continuous transportation from the Groton Long Point Casino to the Marriott until 10:30 PM. If you are planning to drive or take an Uber or Lyft, the ceremony address is 286 West Shore Avenue, Groton, Connecticut. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing are just a short walk away at the Groton Long Point Casino at 50 Beach Road, Groton, Connecticut.

If I am driving myself, where can I park?

Answer

Parking is available in multiple lots near and around the Groton Long Point Casino. You can also park along West Shore Drive in front of the Tennis Courts and across from the venue.

Question

I am planning to fly. Which airports are closest to the venue?

Answer

The closest airports to Mystic, Connecticut, are in Providence, Rhode Island, or Hartford, Connecticut. Mystic is also accessible by flying into New York City or Boston; however, travel to and from the airport can be more extensive, requiring a train, bus, or hired car.

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest colorful cocktail attire for the welcome reception. We will kick off the weekend with bright hues and bold patterns! For the wedding day, semi-formal attire is requested. We are so excited to see you regardless of what you wear, but we would love to see bright colors, florals, or funky patterns. Think garden party meets an end-of-summer celebration! A note on footwear: both events are held on a lawn, so wedges, block heels, and flats may be the best option for the weekend.
