We're Getting Married!

Ryan and Sam lived in the same apartment building for two and a half years before they finally met each other. After some careful stalking on Sam's part (her and Keeley kept getting the neighbor's mail) and some Facebook creeping on Ryan's part, they finally met. They hit it off right away which wasn't a surprise considering their sarcastic attitudes. After much pressure from Sam, Ryan FINALLY made it official. They moved to Des Plaines in June 2018 and were engaged the following August 2019. Sam's cousin Ashley and Ryan schemed up an entire plan within about a week while Sam unknowingly was planning her engagement party for their families. (She thought it was just a summer cookout) Ryan and Sam drove to Poplar Grove on August 9th for Ryan and Ashley's husband to play golf. While the men were golfing Sam and Ashley spent the day together. Ashley made sure to "freshen up" Sam's hair and make sure she wore a summer dress to dinner with the boys at the golf course that night. Ryan's plan to propose to Sam during a sunset golf cart ride went off without a hitch, despite him playing his worst golf game that afternoon. ....by the way...she said yes!
