We're getting married!

We were leaving 2015, and starting 2016. We decided to bring in the New Year together; however Samantha got seriously ill, and went into the New Year sleeping in bed. It seemed to be just a 24 hour because the next day Samantha was fine, and Roland and her decided to grab lunch. The connection even talking to one another was special, but it was not until that night when the connection sparked. Samantha had a popped her tire, and Roland came to save the day. The car got towed, and he drove her home. In that moment they kissed, and they both felt the spark.

November 9th, 2019, we were in Orlando with our friends getting ready for EDC Day 2. That day Samantha's favorite DJ was playing that night. We walked into the venue as boyfriend and girlfriend, and danced the day away. As the sun went down, we headed to the main stage waiting for Afrojack to start, and all of our friends were there, literally like a group of 20. Little did Samantha know (well she had a little bit of an idea), what would happen next. Ten Feet Tall played, one of the many songs Samantha loves, and Roland started to tell her in her ear how much he loved, and how much he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Standing behind her, he pulls the ring out in front of friends, in front of strangers, and asked her to marry him. Of course she said YES! That night we walked out of the venue engaged.
