When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing a complimentary shuttle from Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury to The Candlewood Inn. We will also be providing shuttle services to bring you back to Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury following the reception.

What are the shuttle’s arrival and departure times?

Answer

The shuttle will arrive at Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury between 3:45pm-4:00pm and depart by 4:15pm. The shuttle will then depart The Candlewood Inn between 11:00pm-11:15pm to take guests back to Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury.

Is parking available at The Candlewood Inn?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available.

What is the suggested attire?

Answer

Formal attire requested. Men should wear a suit and tie. Women should wear a mid-floor length dress. We kindly ask that all guests avoid the colors white/ivory/blush/champagne.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Our reception will take place indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please reach out to let us know and we will work with our caterer to provide suitable options.
