We're Getting Married

We first met in Dallas, fresh out of college and figuring out life in our 20s. Samantha had just graduated from Kansas State University and Reed from the University of Oklahoma. We were both excited about new jobs, new friends, and all the possibilities ahead. One night at Stan’s, in Dallas, we were introduced through friends. Reed decided to make a move by asking Samantha to cheer him on in a game of pool. She turned him down, but Reed’s persistence (and his sense of humor) managed to win her over pretty quickly. Not long after, Reed asked Samantha out, and something just clicked. By the second date it was clear this was different, and from then on, we were all in. A few months later, Reed moved back to Oklahoma, and we gave long distance a try. It wasn’t the easiest, but it proved to both of us that we’d found something worth holding onto. Nine months later, Samantha made the move to Oklahoma. Now here we are, ready for this next chapter and all that lies ahead of us!
