We were both asked to sub at an indoor soccer game on July 1, 2018. That was the first night we met, but we didn't get each others numbers. One month later, we connected on Instagram and went on our first date on August 5th at Forest Park; it was a picnic in the park, where we watched the sunset, watched planes fly across the sky, and shared our first kiss. We've loved, laughed and made memories ever since, and will continue forever. We are so excited to finally share the same last name on September 20, 2020.

We went to Elephant Rock and Johnson Shut-Ins for our 3rd date. It was the first time we spent a whole day together. A little over a year later, on September 7th, 2019, we went on a weekend camping trip with our fur baby Mallory. We went back to Elephant Rock, and Petey proposed at our favorite time of the day; Sunset. Without a pause, Samantha said 'YES' to forever. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. See you in St. Louis!
