Paul and I can’t wait to celebrate with you! Many, if not most of you, will be traveling from out of town so we are extremely thankful that you have chosen to be with us on our big day! If you aren’t familiar with Pittsburgh there is a lot to do and see. We have included a few things to do, places to eat, etc. on this site. Mostly everything is within walking distance— no need for a car to get around. The Hyatt Hotel also provides a free shuttle for guests to travel within a 3 mile radius around Pittsburgh. Take advantage! As for the wedding, while we love your children, we have decided to have an adults-only ceremony and reception. We request that you take this time to celebrate with us kid-free, and hope you see this as an opportunity to let loose a little bit and enjoy the evening with us! Paul and I met nearly 7 years ago on the train going into work. I had just moved back to Pittsburgh from Chicago and he just moved to Pittsburgh from Windber. As we like to joke, I shook his hand and the rest is history!
