We will not be providing transportation from the ceremony to the reception nor will we provide transportation from the reception to the hotels. However, Cedar Rapids has Uber and Lyft available for use for all hours of the day and night.
Currently, we do not have a hotel block. We respect that each of our guests has different preferences when it comes to lodging and did not want to pressure anyone into staying at a designated hotel. Cedar Rapids has plenty of hotel and Airbnb accommodations to fit all wants and needs!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.
The ceremony will start at 2 pm at Immaculate Conception Church in downtown Cedar Rapids. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you can be seated prior to the start of the service.
Both the Immaculate Conception and Ashton Hill Farms have parking lots and street parking to accommodate all guests. If you decide to indulge in some adult beverages at the reception, Ashton Hill Farms will allow you to leave your vehicle in the parking lot over night but it must be moved by 10am the following morning.
We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone or camera during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony for us, so you don't have to!
While we love your children, the venue does have a limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of children who have been invited.
The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We would love to see our guests get dressed up for our day! Ladies, please refrain from wearing shades of white and ivory. Gentleman, please refrain from wearing jeans.
