Our story began at American Medical Response, where we worked as EMTs for years without ever really talking—just passing in the halls and living parallel lives. Everything changed the day we were finally assigned a shift together. What started as casual conversation quickly turned into an effortless connection, nonstop laughter, and a spark neither of us expected. After that, we found every excuse to pick up shifts together just to spend more time side by side. Some of our favorite early memories were our post-shift trips to Mr. Taco—sitting long after we finished eating, not wanting the night (or each other’s company) to end. Somewhere between ambulance rides, late-night tacos, and long conversations, our friendship turned into something more. Together, we didn’t just fall in love—we grew. We encouraged each other to dream bigger and take bold steps forward, with Noel now serving with the Los Angeles City Fire Department and Samantha as a paramedic with the Rialto Fire Department. Every milestone has been a shared victory, built on support, sacrifice, and faith. In March 2025, we got engaged, already knowing we had found our forever teammate. Because we were both on probation in our careers and didn’t want to wait to begin our life together, we chose to elope in Santa Barbara—an intimate, meaningful moment that was perfectly us. Now, we are so excited to celebrate our marriage at the Mission Basilica in San Juan Capistrano, placing our relationship in God’s hands and sharing this special day with the people who mean the most to us. We’re so grateful you’re here and can’t wait to celebrate together.
