What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

While we adore your children, we will only be able to welcome over-16s at our wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation or plus one is added on the RSVP list, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on 5/25/25!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The official wedding reception will end at 11:00 PM. However, we have the campground all night! We will be hanging by the fire into the night!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

There will be parking onsite by the cabins.

Where should I stay if I am coming in from out of town?

Answer

You can stay onsite! Camp Hidden Valley has cabins that fit up to 93 guests. If you would like to stay the night, please RSVP for the overnight stay. We are asking that everyone who would like to stay over to pay $30 for the night. Bedding is not provided, so please bring your own, or you can rent it for $25. It comes with sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. Please let us know if you would like us to rent bedding. Please also bring your own towels and toiletries.

What time do I need to leave the campground on Monday?

Answer

We have until 12:00 PM to be out of the campground. We know it's early, so the parents of the Bride have offered up their home for Memorial Day. Feel free to come to their home for swimming and grilling! Anyone is welcome to sleep over, just bring a tent to set up! If interested in staying Monday night at Pam and Bob's, just let us know and we will give you the address!
