Things To Do

Here are a few of our recommendations of things to do around NYC (mostly food :) )
Pier 26 at Hudson River Park

Pier 26 at Hudson River Park

Hudson River Greenway, New York, NY 10013

If we could recommend one thing to see the city from our eyes, it's to walk down the Hudson River. If you want to grab a citibike, you can ride your bike along the West Side Highway in a protected bike lane and see amazing views all along the way. This spot has really been so special to us, from walking Hudson as a puppy to now living along the river - we love this view and this pier specifically. If you're up for it, pop in to City Vineyard although we can't say the food is extraordinary, but the wine is :)

Palma - Italian Food - West Village

Palma - Italian Food - West Village

28 Cornelia Street, New York, NY 10014

A darling Italian restaurant in our favorite neighborhood, West Village! Reservations can be difficult so make sure to plan ahead. Fun fact: Cornelia Street is where Taylor Swift used to live right across the street from this cute spot!

Bobo - French Restaurant - West Village

Bobo - French Restaurant - West Village

181 West 10th Street, New York, NY 10014

We've been here a few times and we always recommend it! Delicious French food in a townhome in West Village - it's really special!

Sogno Toscano - Market & Wine Bar - West Village

Sogno Toscano - Market & Wine Bar - West Village

17 Perry Street, New York, NY 10014

Coffee, Charcuterie, Wine, Sandwiches - we LOVE this spot so much so that we took engagement photos here :) Fun Fact: We celebrated buying Sam's engagement ring here and have shared this spot with many friends. You can't beat their Italian sandwiches. It's also on a really cute street, we highly recommend walking around the area after - Carrie Bradshaw's apartment from Sex & The City is nearby!

Sushi Kai - Omakase - West Village

Sushi Kai - Omakase - West Village

11 Barrow Street, New York, NY 10014

Omakase opportunities are endless in NYC, and we've tried so many! Here's one that we love if you really love sushi and want to get some good value for the money!

Bubby's - Southern Brunch - Tribeca

Bubby's - Southern Brunch - Tribeca

120 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013

We promise this spot is worth it... no reservations and probably a line to get in for brunch, but the fried chicken and pancakes are IT. Definitely go for brunch and make sure you have a little time to wait before you get hangry :) Also don't go here if you're trying to be healthy.

Laughing Man Cafe - Coffee - Tribeca

Laughing Man Cafe - Coffee - Tribeca

184 Duane Street, New York, NY 10013

A favorite coffee shop in Tribeca! This is near the hotel blocks and we love popping in for coffee - it's a vibe on the weekends, you'll see people with their kiddos and dogs hanging out, and every post-workout girlie popping in on their way home. Please don't go to Starbucks - we have amazing coffee shops in this city!!!

Frenchette - French Food - Tribeca

241 West Broadway, New York, NY 10013

Yummy food for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It's a contemporary bistro serving French cuisine and natural wines in a sophisticated environment located on a cute street in Tribeca!

For all the days along the way
