Are we staying onsite?

Answer

Yes! If you were invited to the Welcome Party and were prompted to input your email, you have a dedicated room booked for the weekend! You will receive an invoice for the room from Foxfire approximately two months before the wedding, so no need to source your own hotel!

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! There is dedicated parking onsite. Please note that the parking lot is unpaved and it is winter time - there might be a bit of snow on the ground, so please be cautious!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are encouraging our guests to dress in Cocktail Attire for the Welcome Party on Friday, and Black-Tie Optional for the Ceremony and Reception!

Due to vendor constraints, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family.

Please note that there is no cell-phone service onsite, but there will be free wi-fi available to all guests! Additionally, Foxfire requires all payment of rooms to be completed no later than November 1st, 2026. If you have any questions, please reach out to Samantha or Nicholas directly!
