Maid of Honor

Me and Samantha are not only cousins but we’re really like sisters. We have been in each others lives since the age of 12 and have remained so close through all of life’s challenges and changes. As I am bark on this next chapter in my life, I am honored to have her by my side as my maid of honor.

Iyana Anthony

Matron of Honor

Iyana was one of the few people I interacted with on my very first day as a nurse! I was so nervous and she was assigned to show me the ropes and orient me to my unit. That day was supposed to be intimidating and nerve raking but I felt nothing but warmth and comfort. That's Iyana, warm, comforting and one of my best friends. Excuse me, my sister. I love her to the moon and back and I'm beyond blessed to have her by my side.

Jasmin

Bridesmaid

I crossed paths with Jasmin in August of 2006 in the admissions office at Florida Hospital College. I was a overwhelmed freshmen trying to register for school, as a nursing student by the way. CHAOTIC let me just say! Once I was able to leave campus, I made my way over to my friend Melissa's dorm. Melissa and I graduated high school together so we were happy to finally see each other. Debriefing our day, in walks her new roommate, Jasmin Davis! The girl from the admissions office! Who knew that this was the beginning of a 10+ year friendship. Jasmin has watched me grow from a shy 18 year old girl to a confident 30 year old woman. A lot of my growth I attribute to her as she has lifted me up during some of my darkest times. Thank god for Bay Run apartments, they gifted me an amazing friend.

Janis

Janis and I go waaaaay back, middle school ya'll! We been through it all, from band in middle school, marching band in high school, prom and crazy weekend visits during college. Fun fact: Janis is responsible for me and Mitchell getting together. I was scared to talk to him and she made me. Janis and I are more than friends, we're family. I'm so grateful and lucky that we have maintained our friendship all these years. Now she can FINALLY be apart of that moment where I walk down the aisle.

Agnes

My Aggy...Agnes and I have know each other for only about 2-3 years but I feel like I've known this girl forever! So, if you're close to me you know I am a chronic complainer, I am who I am. Agnes and I connected on how much we hated our current job. We literally felt as if we were two lost souls on an island with no help nearby. The humor we made out of our misery was the catalyst in a solid friendship. She is a true ride or die and I am excited she's apart of this journey with me.

Sherillee

Sherrilee is a true comedian with a heart of gold. When life gets stressful she’s my go to for some comedic relief! Our relationship almost immediately grew from a work relationship to a genuine friendship. Sherrilee has been a huge support system for Mitchell and I, and I’m so blessed to have her by my side witnessing our union.
