Jet blue now with service to Cape Cod (Hyannis) connecting from Boston, NYC, and Washington D.C. Or when flying into Boston Logan, peter pan busses and cape FLYER trains available from South Station to  Hyannis. There is also the option to rent a car or carpool from Boston to Harwich in about 1.5-2 hours depending on the traffic. FYI for out of town guests, on summer weekends cape traffic heading south on I-93  from Boston is infamously slow starting as early as 11 am on Fridays, plan accordingly!!
