Topo Gigio Ristorante
This is our favorite Italian restaurant in the city. Make sure to stop by the bar first for a drink before indulging in their amazing pastas on the patio.
Wrigleyville
Take a trip up to Wrigleyville to check out all the bars and restaurants on Clark St. Mike and I met at Sluggers after a Cubs game in 2016 despite Mike being a Sox fan. There’s lots of fun games and batting cages to hit some balls in.
Gene's Sausage Shop and Delicatessen
The rooftop at Gene's is perfect for summertime fun! Located in the heart of Lincoln Square, Gene's offers a nice escape to the busier rooftops that can be found downtown. Don't forget to stop into the gourmet market downstairs. Mike & I love to shop here and pick up speciality meats for our summer BBQs!
Winnemac Park
Winnemac Park is one of our favorite places to stroll with Otto. There's never a shortage of little league games going on and friends gathering to share a picnic together. It is the perfect spot to grab a sandwich from our favorite deli, L & M Fine foods, and spend a day relaxing outside.
