Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus that will take guest to Surf Club and back to the hotel when the night is over. We will have the shuttle run twice at the end of the night for guests who would like to leave before midnight. See details below -- Shuttle departs Sonesta - 5:00pm Shuttle departs Venue - 11:00pm Shuttle departs Venue - 12:00pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the church for the ceremony when you pull in. The Surf Club provides valet parking on site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #FinallyFarewell so we can see them, too!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

We ask that you please leave all decorations and flowers in the venue and do not take anything home. Our vendors will be back to pick them up the following day.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony at the church anyone with a wheelchair or unable to walk up steps can enter through the door on the right side of the church near the parking lot. Our reception will take place in the upstairs Penthouse at The Surf Club. Attendants at The Surf Club will guide you to use the stairs or the elevator to the left when entering.

Your preferred hotel is all booked up, what do I do now?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels near our preferred hotel and close by to our venue. Just search for Hotels in White Plains & New Rochelle, NY
